Jesus’ goal in teaching on anger was not to justify an elaborate legal system. Jesus was calling on His
followers to attack each sin at its root and to read the law not as a set of right actions but as a description of right
values.
I like how you defined both sides of the issue. I think you get to the point of Jesus' view on anger. Short, sweet and to the point.
